Growth takes many shapes and looks different for everyone. However, it’s easy to languish without a plan.

Part of my goal as a manager is to understand how my team members are interested to grow, and support them in that journey. I create customized Personal Learning Plan reflection & goal-setting exercises to collaborate with designers I support on an actionable growth plan. We hold space for this topic in dedicated career development 1:1s every 6 weeks.
